Payment Terms

All retail orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase via the online checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway before the order is confirmed and sent to production.

Production Times

Orders must be placed in advance. The required lead time is established based on the order quantity and communicated at the time of ordering.

Delivery Times

Pizza Base Thailand commits to respecting the delivery dates agreed upon at the time of ordering.

Seller and Customer Responsibility

Pizza Base Thailand is responsible for the product until delivery to the requested destination, provided that we arrange transportation. This does not apply when the customer chooses to collect the order directly. Once delivered, the seller bears no responsibility for any further handling or movement of the product by the customer.

The seller is not liable for out-of-stock situations or resulting delivery delays — it is the customer’s responsibility to plan and order in advance.

Reporting Non-Conformities

Any product issues must be reported with photographic evidence within the following timeframes:

Visible packaging damage: within 24 hours of delivery.
Product quality issues: within 3 days of delivery.

Reports submitted after these timeframes cannot be processed.

In Case of Damaged Product

The customer must report the issue with photographic evidence within the timeframes specified in Point 4. Return shipping of the damaged product to our facility is at the customer’s expense.

If caused by our production or logistics
The product will be replaced as soon as possible — or included in the next scheduled delivery — at no cost to the customer. All related costs including replacement and return shipping are fully covered by Pizza Base Thailand.
If caused by incorrect customer storage or handling
The seller reserves the right not to issue a replacement.

Note: Products cannot be refunded — only replaced.

Confidentiality

Both the seller and the customer agree to maintain confidentiality regarding their collaboration, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Exclusive Rights

Pizza Base Thailand does not grant exclusivity on any of its products, nor does it grant copyright, reproduction rights, or any right of representation over the ordered products.

Customer Conditions and Penalties

Pizza Base Thailand does not accept or subscribe to any contract, purchase terms, or payment conditions imposed by the customer — whether present or future. Accordingly, we will not pay penalties of any kind, whether for late deliveries or product non-conformities.

Note: Pizza Base Thailand reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers accordingly.

These general terms and conditions are considered accepted each time a customer places an order.
