GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION

1 .PAYMENT TERMS

  • advance / 30 days / 60 day.
  • Each order must be paid for by the due date indicated in the order confirmation.
  • The customer must send the purchase order via email, which will be effective, non-revocable, and non-exchangeable after 24 hours.
  • The expected payment date will be indicated in the order confirmation that the supplier will send to the customer based on the agreements made between the two parties.
  • In the event of product non-conformity or damage, the customer will not be able to withhold the payment but will still be required to pay for the order by the due date indicated. (see points 4-5 ).
  • If the customer fails to pay for an order by the due date, they must notify us of the delay, which cannot be more than 7 business days after the deadline indicated on the order confirmation received.

2. PRODUCTION TIMES

  • Orders must be placed in advance, with the timeframe established based on the order quantity.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

  • The seller will commit to respecting the delivery dates established at the time of ordering.

4. SELLER AND CUSTOMER RESPONSABILITY

  • The seller is responsible for the product until delivery to the requested destination, if the seller arrange transportation.
  • This does not apply if the customer chooses to collect the product themselves.
  • The seller will not be responsible for the product for further movements of the product made by the customer.
  • The seller will not be responsible for customer out-of-stock items and therefore for delivery delays, as it is the customer’s responsibility to order in advance as needed
  • The customer can report product non-conformities only within a maximum of 4 days after delivery, demonstrating the complaint with photographs. (Considering that since the founding of our company, no product “non-conformity” issues have ever occurred, except for the breakage of some pieces in an order, in relation to this, point 5 follows)

5. IN CASE OF PRODUCT DAMAGED

  • After receiving photos certifying the broken or unusable product, the customer will ship the product to the seller at seller’s expense and, upon receipt, the product will be replaced as soon as possible or in the next order depending on the quantity.
  • The product cannot be refunded, only replaced.

6. CONFIDENTIALLY

  • The seller and the customer will maintain confidentiality regarding their collaboration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS

  • The seller does not grant exclusivity on any of our products, nor does it grant copyright, reproduction, or representation of the product ordered.

8. CUSTOMER CONDITIONS AND/OR PENALITY

  • The seller does not accept or subscribe to any type of contract or purchase and payment terms from the customer (present or future) and therefore will not pay penalties of any kind, either for late deliveries or for product non-conformity.

NOTE: The seller reserves the right to modify or integrate this document at any time, communicating any changes to the customer.

The general terms and conditions will be considered accepted each time the customer places an order.
