HOW WILL YOU RECEIVE IT?
The product is shipped pre-cooked with refrigerator truck.
HOW TO STORE IT?
After delivery the customer can keep it in the fridge (2-4°)for 14 days.
If the customer wants to keep the product for longer, he can decide to freeze (-18°) it as soon as he receives it for 90 days.
HOW TO PREPARE IT?
To prepare it, it will only be necessary to season it and bake it for 4/5 minutes at 300/350 degrees. The result may change depending on the type of oven used, we recommend that you do some tests to obtain the result you prefer.
