Reliable, Cold-Chain Delivery Across Thailand

At PizzaBase Thailand, we take shipping seriously.
Every order — whether for a restaurant, resort, café, catering company, or private customer — is handled with maximum care and freshness.
Our goal is to ensure that your Italian pizza bases and bakery products arrive in perfect condition, ready to bake and serve.

Temperature-Controlled Delivery

All products are transported using refrigerated logistics partners and other certified cold-chain couriers.
We maintain a constant temperature of 2–4°C during transportation to preserve texture, aroma, and shelf life.

For frozen products, we ensure storage and delivery at –18°C, keeping the quality and structure intact from our ovens to your kitchen.

Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Order confirmation: Within 24–48 hours after payment is received.
  • Production time: Most products are made fresh and may require 1–3 working days before dispatch.
  • Dispatch schedule: Deliveries are arranged Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders arriving between Friday and Sunday are shipped the next business day.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking update with estimated delivery time.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Thailand, including:
Bangkok • Pattaya • Phuket • Chiang Mai • Hua Hin • Koh Samui • and all major provinces.

For remote islands or hard-to-reach areas, delivery times may be slightly longer depending on courier availability.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs depend on:

  • Order size and total weight.
  • Delivery location (province or island).
  • Delivery method (refrigerated or frozen).

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

We only produce fresh products to order and since most of our products require a long fermentation we need 2 days for preparation, after the order confirmation and then as follows:

  • Bangkok & Central Thailand: 1–2 business days
  • Eastern Thailand (e.g. Chonburi, Pattaya): 1 business day
  • Northern, Southern, and Northeastern regions: 2–4 business days

All delivery times are estimates (3/5 working days) and may vary slightly due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking code

You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website or contact our support team for updates.

Packaging Standards

Every product is carefully sealed to preserve freshness and protect from humidity.
Orders are packed in LDPE food-safe packaging and sturdy corrugated boxes, designed to withstand temperature changes and long-distance transport.

Storage Upon Arrival

When you receive your order:

  • Keep refrigerated at 2–4°C if you plan to use it within a few days.
  • For longer storage, freeze immediately at –18°C.

Each package includes a label with storage and expiration information.

Damaged or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Wholesale & International Shipping

Currently, Tindoro Prime ships only within Thailand.
However, we are working on export logistics to other Southeast Asian countries.
