Saltimbocca Napoletano is one of the most loved specialties of street food in Naples. It is an elongated bread, soft on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside, cooked at a high temperature in a wood-fired oven or on stone. Its name “SALTIMBOCCA” comes from its irresistibility: “it jumps in your mouth” because of how good it is!

HOW WILL YOU RECEIVE IT?
The product is shipped pre-cooked, fresh in bags of 2 pieces.
HOW TO STORE IT?
After delivery the customer can keep it in the fridge (2-4°)for 14 days.
If the customer wants to keep the product for longer, he can decide to freeze (-18°) it as soon as he receives it for 90 days.
HOW TO PREPARE IT?
