At Pizza base thailand, we take great pride in producing and delivering authentic Italian bakery products — from Neapolitan pizza bases to Pinsa Romana, focaccia, bread, and wholesale pizza supplies.
All our products are made fresh, sealed, and shipped under strict cold-chain logistics to maintain the highest level of safety and quality.
Because we sell perishable food items, our return policy is slightly different from regular retail.
No Returns on Perishable Products
Due to the nature of our products — which require temperature control and have limited shelf life — we cannot accept product returns once they have left our facility.
This policy ensures:
- Guaranteed food safety for all customers
- Prevention of contamination or spoilage during transport
Refunds & Replacements
While we cannot accept returns, we do offer refunds or replacements in specific cases where issues are caused by shipping or packaging errors.
You may be eligible for a replacement or partial refund if:
- The product arrives damaged or spoiled due to delivery issues.
- The wrong product or quantity was sent.
- The package was lost or undelivered by the courier.

Our team will verify your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
If approved, we will:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Issue a store credit or refund (depending on case)
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed via:
- Bank transfer, or
- Store credit (for use on tindoro.com/shop)
Please allow 3–5 business days for refund completion after confirmation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements cannot be issued if:
- The product was not stored correctly after delivery (e.g., not refrigerated at 2–4°C or frozen at –18°C).
- The issue is reported after 24 hours from delivery.
- The product was used, opened, or altered.
- Delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Product Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that every Tindoro Prime product is:
- Produced under controlled hygienic conditions
- Shipped in compliance with cold-chain standards
If a problem arises, we will always act in good faith to ensure your satisfaction.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before production or dispatch.
Once your order is in production or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
